Today architects are designing walls that have the look of full size brick but, they are really only a ½” thin brick faces, thus the name thin brick. These thin brick can also be used on the inside of home and buildings to create accent walls. Reymond Products is leading the way in being able to design extrusion dies to make thin brick with the least amount of waste. We can design a die and provide a turnkey thin brick manufacturing line with our partner SABO S.A.

When manufacturing thin brick for panels the tolerances are very tight. Reymond has the proven technology and expertise to manufacture an extrusion die that delivers a balanced clay flow which results in a straight thin brick that meets PCI specifications.
